  Since I've been hearing about the hype for this place, I decided to try it on a Friday night with 3 other friends. I would recommend coming here if you have 4+ people since the table does fit large groups. First, make sure you make reservations at 5 PM when the restaurant opens - they only allow reservations if it's 4+ people. When we arrived at the restaurant it is very busy and not a lot of parking spots so you'll most likely have to park on the street adjacent to the restaurant.
  
  Pros:
  This hot pot is Hong Kong style which just means it's mainly chicken broth and the ingredients are catered to Hong Kong taste but there are still the essential ingredients to a traditional hot pot. The price is amazing you really can't beat $26.50/person + taxes for anywhere within the GTA for AYCE.
  
  Cons:
  Unfortunately service is terrible. Since it's very busy in the restaurant the owner will give you a time limit which is about 1 hour and 15 minutes which I thought is sufficient time to eat but would differ for others. He literally was watching us to the second and the environment felt very rushed. I don't mean to question management, but there are limited tables at the back room and the front area (waiting area) has so much space where you could literally set up more tables.

  The best hot pot in KW region with good price for the value! However, the owner, an old fellow, seems to be unfriendly to young guests, but all waiters are nice.

  Definitely NOT gonna go again, unless I wanna get kicked out by the rude Chinese restaurant owner for a second time.
  
  The owner of this restaurant is very rude to customers. There was time limit for the buffet, and when there were still over 20 mins left and I asked the waiter to add some water, the owner suddenly yelled at me and asked me to leave immediately. Yes, he yelled at me, and there were still 20 mins left.  He did this just because there was a huge line outside.
  
  Despite all these, the food was overpraised as well. There were only about 10 options on the menu, the texture of their chicken was weird, and the beef was not fresh. Besides, the tables were dirty, and you will see if you go there.
  
  I definitely won't recommend this restaurant to any of my friends. You will be disappointed by the awful service, the below average quality of food, and the poor restaurant environment.

  By no means will I visit this place twice. The business owner was aggressively mad and was always yelling at customers as long as he ain't happy at you. We were kicked out by the owner and were threatened to call police

  I would give it 0 star if I could.
  The owner"s rudeness was far beyond my expectation, although I was told he's not that friendly before I came there.
  
  As for the food, definitely overpraised. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
